1. Send the product, including empty containers, together with the original invoice to the following return address: 10199 Dean Dr. Manassas, VA 20110.

2. Important: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with delivery confirmation to avoid delays. For packages returned because delivery was refused or the package was undeliverable, the product price will be refunded minus any shipping costs resulting from the refusal.

3. Returns must be received by us within 365 days of the invoice date. All costs, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be refunded in full within this period.

4. All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the package. Once the return has been processed, it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to credit the refund to your original payment method.

5. Any customs duties, import taxes, levies, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product’s purchase price or the shipping costs displayed at checkout. These charges are assessed and collected by the customs authorities in the recipient’s country. The company has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for such charges, delays, or additional requirements associated with the import process. If the recipient refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the package is consequently returned, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities, the company will not be liable for any resulting losses, non-delivery, or refunds.

6. If a purchased product is found to be defective or faulty, including a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
